Thats nice, along with acting as a sleep buster and a great hot drink, it has a good health benefit. I guess this news goes to my diabetic mom right away.

Make that pure and dark cocoa, please. It is only pure cocoa (dark chocolate with ) that has useful flavonoids which decrease the bad cholesterol and up the good cholesterol.
Milk in cocoa drinks can make the beverage not as useful as it should be. The proteins in milk bind with the antioxidants in chocolate. The antioxidants are not being absorbed to the same extent as they would be.
Look for dark chocolate that has 70% cocoa content or more.
